ADHD Treatment to Lower Crime Rates?

According to an article in, research has shown that sufferers of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) who received treatment for their condition, where less likely to commit a crime than those who did not receive treatment.

Over 25,000 people over 15 years of age were studied, and the results have shown that people with ADHD where much more likely to break the law, and that medication effectively reduced the rates of criminality among the patients who were treated.
