I am an unconventional Counsellor/Psychotherapist with a wide range of research in human behaviour in relation to the external world. This derives from educational, scientific and personal perspectives such as social, cultural, psycho sexual, instinctive, environmental, physical, and spiritual to name a few. My current and on going research allows me to have a deep insight when working with my clients. My main goal is to help my clients find balance, deep understanding of themselves and to find the most efficient way of dealing with any issues they may present with.

My training, work experience and achievements:

I hold a BA degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with Glyndwr University, Wales. I have over 6 years of experience in consulting a high volume of clients such as adults, teenagers and couples.  I work from various theoretical approaches including CBT, integrative, humanistic, psychosomatic, motivational interviewing, person-centred and more.
