Alongside her direct work with clients, they have considerable experience supporting families as they navigate complex emotional, practical, and relational challenges. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for the importance of connection, understanding, and authentic human presence in the therapeutic process.
At the heart of Lisa’s practice is a commitment to creating a safe, non-judgemental, and empathic therapeutic space where individuals feel heard, valued, and understood. She believes in the healing potential of genuine human connection and strive to provide a supportive environment grounded in kindness, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique story and lived experience.
As Lisa continues her psychotherapy training, she remains passionate about supporting individuals in their personal growth, self-discovery, and journey towards greater wellbeing.
