If you are coming from the direction of the Jack Lynch Tunnel:

• Take the exit for Rochestown / Douglas (Exit 9)
• Follow signs for Douglas: right turn at the Roundabout
• Follow Rochestown Road until the Fingerpost roundabout in Douglas. Take the last exit (right)
• Follow the road until you come to a set of traffic lights (at the corner of Douglas Village Shopping Centre)
• Continue straight (under the flyover)
• Follow Douglas Road for about 3 minutes.
• (You will pass AIB, a garage and a car dealership)
• After the Johnson & Perrot car dealership we are the next busy area on your right
• You will see a big sign for Ardfallen Mall and all the businesses and practices that are in the building
• Go around the building for parking.
• The entrance to our Medical Centre is from the parking lot side.
