Please note that all initial appointments require a prepayment of the full amount of the session. In the event of a no show, the fee will be retained. In the event you need to reschedule the session, the fee will carry over to your next appointment. This policy only applies to all initial appointments. Each session booked thereafter does not require a prepayment.

When you make an appointment, the agreed time is reserved especially for you. Please kindly give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, or a cancellation fee will apply.
