Lisa’s approach to psychotherapy is Integrative which means that she uses a range of therapeutic techniques as treatment depending upon the client and the difficulty that person is experiencing. She views each individual as a unique being with endless potential and believes that under the appropriate conditions everyone has the ability to self-actualize. She strives to remain present and non-judgemental in this space and to guide her clients toward expanding their self-awareness and life choices. They work together to uncover life patterns and themes and bring them into awareness so that there is possibility for change to occur.
