I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a Crossfield’s Institute Diploma in Nutritional Science and Therapeutics, as well as a certified Nutritional and Lifestyle Coach holding an Institute of Health Sciences Diploma. Additionally, I am a member of NTOI (Nutritional Therapists of Ireland), the professional organisation representing qualified Nutritional Therapists in Ireland. I adhere to the organisation’s requirements for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and its Code of Professional Ethics & Practice.
My training is rooted in the principles and practices of functional medicine, an evidence-based, client-centred approach to healthcare. This approach focuses on identifying and preventing the underlying causes of chronic diseases, various disorders, and overall health problems, including mental health issues. In my practice, I employ diet, lifestyle changes, and supplements to support my clients’ journeys to wellbeing. Together with my clients, I strive to determine the most suitable methods that provide education, motivation, and tools for achieving self-empowerment over their health.
I collaborate with other healthcare professionals to offer holistic support for wellness, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health simultaneously.
