ADHD Services

At The Hazelton Clinic, we specialise in providing comprehensive support for individuals of all ages living with ADHD. Our compassionate team understands the unique challenges ADHD can present, and we’re here to empower you or your loved ones with tools, strategies, and guidance tailored to your needs.

Our ADHD services include:

  • Comprehensive ADHD assessment: This assessment is facilitated by our Senior Clinical Psychologist Dr. Cesar Jayaro and Psychologist Marianna Rolle. Our psychologists are chartered members of the Psychological Society of Ireland and fully qualified to conduct assessments, keeping in line with CORU’s regulations. These assessments are thorough evaluations for minors (7+) and adults to ensure an accurate diagnosis and a clear path forward. The reports provided are accepted by the Board of Education, workplaces, other practitioners, and the HSE.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Provided by our psychotherapists virtually or in person, it helps individuals manage symptoms more effectively by teaching practical skills and strategies. How CBT can help:
      • Improved Focus: Learn strategies to enhance concentration and stay on task.
      • Better Time Management: Develop tools to structure your day and meet deadlines.
      • Emotional Regulation: Gain techniques to manage frustration, impulsivity, and stress.
      • Increased Self-Esteem: Discover your strengths and feel more confident in daily life.

  • Support Therapy for ADHD: Provided by Psychologist Marianna Rolle virtually and is a customised plan, tailored to address the specific challenges you encounter on a daily basis due to the neuro-cognitive impact of ADHD on the brain. This form of therapy combines an executive function plan along with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT.  This service is solely for ADHD Adults or the parents of ADHD minors. Minors do not attend these sessions. Benefits of an Executive Function Plan:
      • Assists you in your struggles and needs with ADHD
      • Includes CBT
      • Educates you on how ADHD affects your brain

  • Group Workshops for ADHD: We provide two types of ADHD workshops: Adults and Parents. These ADHD Group Workshops are led by our psychologists, Dr. Cesar Jayaro (adult workshop) and Marianna Rolle (parents workshop) and are held virtually so you can attend from the comfort of your own home. The aim of Group Workshops for ADHD is to provide individuals with a supportive environment to learn practical strategies, connect with others facing similar challenges, and gain insights into managing symptoms effectively.

  • Post-Diagnosis Psychiatry: Psychiatric care to provide medical support and guidance after a diagnosis is confirmed. This service is only provided to clients that have been assessed at The Hazelton Clinic.
