Tara holds an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Child & Adolescent psychotherapy from the Children’s Therapy Centre (CTC). She combines talk therapy, creative arts, mindfulness, and visualisation to create a person-centred approach. This can lead the client to explore both consciously and subconsciously a way to navigate and explore specific issues. This approach can help to establish self-awareness and recognise choices and solutions.
