As an Integrative psychotherapist, Lisa practices from a relational perspective. It is her goal to create a safe, warm and confidential therapeutic relationship with her clients. She believes that this type of relationship is of utmost importance in promoting successful treatment. She strives to remain present and non-judgmental in this space and to guide her clients toward expanding their self-awareness and life choices. Lisa and her clients work together to uncover life patterns and themes and bring them into awareness so that there is possibility for change to occur.
